Farm Lunick

Since 1979, Jean-Luc Baril and his wife Nicole Maheux have been single-handedly steering the ship at Ferme Lunick in Témiscamingue. Together, they combined dairy and potato production. Today, the company grows several hectares of potatoes in rotation with cereals.

In April 2018, the company fitted out several new buildings, including the barn, which became a warehouse. These buildings enable the storage of a larger quantity of potatoes and offer a brand-new robotized packing center equipped with an optical sorter. The new facilities have been in operation since May 2018.

In April 2024, the founding couple pass the torch to their daughter Fanny Baril, along with Michael Lafontaine, Jacques Langlois and Matthieu Berthelot.
